This does not make you "EUDR compliant"
In this collection flow, your EU buyer remains responsible for its own EUDR obligations. Nothing here certifies you, your farm, or a shipment. Your buyer needs reliable plot-location information and may ask for evidence that production complied with relevant local law. This tool helps you send that information without installing an app.
Three steps, from your own phone
1. Open the link your buyer sent
A link or a QR code, sent by WhatsApp, email, or printed at a cooperative collection point. No login.
2. Mark your plot
Drop a pin, walk the boundary while your phone tracks each corner, or trace it on the map. If the page is already open, it can save your entry locally while you have no signal and retry when you're back online. Available in Portuguese, Spanish, French, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.
3. Keep a private record
Your private page lists what you submitted and any legal-use document you attached. A new buyer's collection link still requires a new submission today.
Free for producers
There is currently no charge to a producer for sharing plot data or adding a legal-use document. The buyer who sent the collection link pays only if they choose to run a full screening on their side.
Who sees what
Your submission is processed by EUDR Screening for the buyer whose link you used. A usable location receives an automatic preliminary satellite screen, shown to that buyer as a risk badge. It is not a compliance decision, and the buyer must review it. Your private-page URL is the key to that page, so anyone you send it to can view the record shown there. We do not sell the data.
