EUDR Screening
1.557385° N · 75.521450° W — Finca Caquetá Alto, Colombia

See which of your suppliers sit in deforestation-risk territory — before the EU asks.

An initial risk screening for EU coffee and cocoa operators: upload your supplier list, get a satellite-backed read on each location in under two minutes. Not a compliance certificate — a fast, honest first look.

One question before anything else

EUDR draws a sharp legal line between two kinds of businesses, and only one of them needs what this tool does.

Do you import raw coffee or cocoa directly from origin — green beans, raw cocoa — or do you buy already-processed product from an EU-based supplier?

If the second, you're a downstream operator or trader under EUDR: you owe light paperwork (a DDS reference number), not geolocation or satellite screening. This tool isn't built for you, and we'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid for a report. If the first — a direct-trade roaster or a bean-to-bar chocolate maker — keep reading.

How a screening works

Four steps, no account, no sales call.

Upload

Your supplier list

A CSV or Excel file — coordinates if you have them, an address or company name if you don't.

Screen

Against the EUDR cutoff

Each location is checked for forest-cover loss after 31 Dec 2020, plus nearby clearing activity and country risk tier.

Report

Portfolio + per-supplier

A PDF with before/after imagery for flagged suppliers, a portfolio roll-up, and a plain-language "what to do next."

Act

Focus where it matters

Spend your time on the suppliers that actually need it — not a blanket audit of a list you already half-trust.

What you get back

Four possible outcomes per supplier — never blended, never guessed at.

REDPost-2020 forest loss detected — investigate
AMBERDegradation signal, no clear-cut loss
GREENNo signal at this resolution — not a compliance guarantee
CANNOT SCREENNo usable location data — a data gap, not a satellite result

Built on what the Commission itself uses

Not a generic satellite feed — the same baseline the EU's own forest observatory points operators to.

Baseline
JRC Global Forest Cover 2020 — the EU's own 10m forest map for the exact EUDR cutoff date
Change detection
Hansen Global Forest Change + JRC Tropical Moist Forest, annual loss & degradation
Recent activity
Global Forest Watch's near-real-time RADD / GLAD alert layers
Country risk
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1093 — official low/standard/high tiers
